This is a non-fiction children’s book written by a young woman, who at the age of 12 sailed from England across the Atlantic Ocean in a wooden boat, with her younger brother and their parents.  They visited Portugal, Africa, the Caribbean, Bermuda and eventually landed in Maine, USA.  It has been picked up by Harcourt Publishing for their nation-wide 5th grade reading programs.  The English language reprint of Adventures is available now for schools from Harcourt.  The Spanish language edition will be printed and available beginning in 2009.
